We took our camper out for its maiden voyage over the May long weekend. Even though it rained for most of the weekend and the wind was horrendous, we had a great time and the camper worked great.  It was cold at night but the furnace provided plenty of heat.  And even though it was raining, the camper was nice and cozy inside.

H Gene; we wanted to send you a quick note to let you know that we think you have an unbelievable staff there.  As you know we are in the service industry as well we deal with the service industry all over North America and I have never seen such a well rounded team from yourself through sales to service and right down to the guy in the back that wanted to put the plate on the camper.  You have an unbelievable staff there and you will experience much business success as a result.  We have not even had a chance to enjoy our camper yet because I just picked it up but so far the experience has been great.

Too often people do not comment on the good experiences and as an owner you likely more often hear about the bad ones, its worthy of comment for sure.

We found that at Minard's we were treated like friends, not clients.  The staff works hard to match the right RV to the right client, I know this first hand.  We went through three travel trailers in a season and a half before we found the one that fit our needs the best.  I have also used the service department at Minard's and found their customer/employee communication excellent, as well as their department wanting to make timely and proper repairs so that you don't miss much time camping.  Because of the people and service at Minard's I have recommended them to friends and family.  When you walk into Minard's you are met with a smile and a big hello, which takes some of the pressure off of the RV shopping experience.  If you do make a purchase Minard's makes sure that they show you how to operate your RV before leaving their lot.  Minard's also carries a great selection of accessories to stock and dress up your RV.

As Debbie and I start making plans for our travels this coming summer I just wanted to pass on our thanks for everything last summer. From the day we first met you in Regina last Feb to the last time we visited the store in Sept I have to say we have been nothing but impressed with the way we have been treated. Even the day we picked up the unit and all the work that was put into making sure the trailer sat properly with our truck (and that was no small feat 3 hours later it was setup properly due to issues with the hitch height on our truck) and as for service all I have to say is WOW, Stacey treats us like we were family when it came to getting the few minor issues we had cleared up.  We took a 6000km trip to Barrie Ontario last Aug and it was an absolute joy to pull that V-Lite, not to mention we never saw another one the entire trip so it was quite the celebrity on the road and at campsites. I have to say with the quality of the product we purchased and the manner which Minard’s treats their customers we make sure we tell everyone to talk to you when the time comes to purchase an RV. We are looking forward to visiting you at the 2011 show in Regina as well as purchasing a few upgrades for our V-Lite prior to the start of the camping season.
